Design of a Drum Brake Turnover Machine

In order to meet the demand of turning over brakes in an automatic assembly line drum brakes, a brake turnover machine is designed. SolidWorks software used complete three-dimensional modeling mechanical structure whole device; The control system based on Schneider M241 PLC designed, and AC servo CANopen BUS realized. precise position reclaiming, overturning, discharging angle achieved. engineering application results show that equipment has high degree automation, stable operation, good economy.
